♡ Although my commissions are free for general non-commercial use with artist credit, I do charge double the base commission price for items intended for Commercial Use♡♡Edits and revisits of your commission are available! There will be a charge, which is dependent on the amount of work involved♡

By commissioning MewnyaCheeks, you are agreeing to these terms of service.Commission Process & Communication
>MewnyaCheeks retains the right to work on commissions out of queue order.
>Failure by the client to respond to sketch checks within 24 hours will result in MewnyaCheeks completing the work based on the aforementioned sketch without client approval.
>An effort to complete orders in a timely manner is always made, however Mewnyacheeks retains the right to take up to 2 months for Commission completion.
>Mewnyacheeks retains the right to cancel a commission at any point, in addition to refusing elements of a revision.
>Character reference is required, be it a collection of photos/art or previous reference art of your characters.
>NSFW content is allowed, though any scenes depicting harm or abuse to minors and animals will be refused.Payments & Refunds
>Full and Partial Refunds are special case only [at MewnyaCheeks’ discretion].
>All payments are made via Paypal Invoice.

>MewnyaCheeks retains artist rights to all commissions and sketches made, both Commercial and Non-Commercial Use.
>MewnyaCheeks retains the right to post the commission art/sketches to social media and/or stream the commission on livestream platforms unless the Client requests an NDA.
>All commissions are free for Non-Commercial Use. This includes using them in livestreams and posting to social media.
>All Non-Commercial Use Commissions require credit to Mewnyacheeks. Commercial-Use Commissions require artist credit somewhere [such as in a social media post], but not necessary in the final merchandised product.
>Non-Commercial Use Commissions cannot be altered by the client. Resizing, simple color backgrounds, and cropping ARE allowed.
>Commercial Use of a Commission is available at additional cost: allowing the commission to be used in merchandise sales. This does NOT include NFTs.Giveaways & Trades
