>MewnyaCheeks retains the right to work on commissions out of queue order.
>Failure by the client to respond to sketch checks within 48 hours will result in MewnyaCheeks putting the commission on hold until communication is received.
>An effort to complete orders in a timely manner is always made, however Mewnyacheeks retains the right to take up to 2 months for Commission completion.
>Mewnyacheeks retains the right to cancel a commission at any point, in addition to refusing elements of a revision.
>Character reference is required, be it a collection of inspirational photos/art or previous reference art of your characters.
>NSFW content is allowed, though any scenes depicting harm or abuse to minors and animals will be refused.Payments & Refunds
>Full and Partial Refunds are special case only [at MewnyaCheeks’ discretion].

>All Non-Commercial Use Commissions require credit to Mewnyacheeks. Commercial-Use Commissions require artist credit somewhere [such as in a social media post], but not necessary in the final merchandised product.
>Non-Commercial Use Commissions cannot be altered by the client. Resizing, simple color backgrounds, and cropping ARE allowed.
